Every time I go for a visit or re0rder contacts there is a problem. Either the prescription is wrong, they lose the prescription when it comes in , or just recently I called in and paid for my contacts and was told that i would get a call in about a week when the order came in....It has now been a month since I paid $129.00 and have yet to receive contacts. I had a great experience at Visionworks today! The saff were very welcoming once I entered. .Staff were professional and worked as a team from the time I walked through the doors, until I completed my purchase. The staff and management were very instrumental and knowledgeable of their inventory. I entered looking for one brand, but left with two pair of glasses that I really liked and accented my facial features. I was totally satisfied with my overall experience. I've been here for 45 minutes and a sales rep still isn't free to help me. Unimpressed with the service and the quality of their products. Will definitely purchase glasses from another vendor next time.
