Apparently if your FIVE minutes late they will not see you!! Standard is at least 10 or 15 minutes, not 5 minutes 🙄. This is something that should be told when you call to make an appointment!! I was EIGHT minutes late and they would not see my daughter. So beyond stupid!! I can’t control traffic! Not only did they lose my daughter as a customer but my husband as well!! Don’t go here, they are rude and don’t have any human compassion!!
