staff was fairly friendly .....but its almost 6pm...my appointment was at 430.....I still haven't been seen. I have never waited this long to see an Eye dr. I know its busy this time of year and I can understand a little past my scheduled time, but 90 minutes is rough
Extremely friendly staff and decent prices on the frames and lenses.
Beyond disappointed with the lack of customer service at the Cottonwood Mall, Albuquerque location. I've never had an issue with the Visionworks locations in NY, but there is absolutely no customer service here. I came here with my aunt to have a new pair of lenses put into some frames, and this place not only broke the frames but wants me to pay for them! The staff seems to have purposefully broken my frames in an attempt to force me to buy new ones. I've had new lenses put into frames at locations in NY without a problem. ... read more
Visionworks @ Cottonwood Mall messed up my RX. Had to go back to eye doc today for re-check and sphere and axis are WAY off. Had gone back to Visionworks last Wed, an hour after picking up new glasses, to complain that one lens wasn't right. Manager on duty denied that lens was made wrong and told me I "had to get used to my new RX and not take my glasses off at all".. So in fact she covered up the mistake and had me wear a wrong lens for a week. And, BTW, the second pair of my BOGO offer is still missing in action. I hope V... read more
