This company has by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have worked both retail and call center jobs and the lack of assistance is ASTOUNDING. I made a request for my prescription online over 3 months ago and no one ever assisted me. I then tried to call the store, only to get stuck on hold for 15 minutes before being rolled into the end of day message to call back in business hours. Today, I have been on hold for over 35 minutes since the store opened, AND I have submitted 3 online live chat requests f... read more

Customer service. Answer a phone once in a while. In the least, be honest on your recording and say flat out that nobody will be answering the phone no matter how long you wait on the phone.

Our glasses were finished before we got out of the parking lot. 3 exams and frames, complete and ready to go in under 2 hours. Very pleased.

You tell me I have a problem but you can't fix it and now I have to pay (probably out of my own pocket) for someone to check me again and then hopefully fix it.

My husband broke his glasses and they got him in same day and helped him out, they were very friendly. We were also tight on funds and he got an exam, and his new glasses (+frames) without breaking the bank. He also got his new pair back the very next day! The woman who helped us was wonderful! She took her time to help us pick out the perfect set of frames for our budget! Was super impressed and we will be back!
