I've been calling for 5 weeks about my glasses and they just say they dont know why my glasses are still in the lab and I need to talk to a manager. I've called 3 times a week and every time the manager is sick or on lunch or has the day off or left for the day early or is coming in late etc. I dont think a manager really exists. But now im out money and glasses.
Definitely recommend!!! Awesome staff start to finish. The technician that did my initial exams was very friendly and made me feel super comfortable. The Dr. was very kind and easy to talk to. The associate at the front desk was very nice & helpful in picking the right lenses for my needs without making me feel pressured just to make a sale. Awesome experience all around.
