Doctor Mackey is the most unprofessional eye doctor I've ever seen at Visionworks! This company should be ashamed of him representing their name. I've seen him twice and both times he's been rude, but this time was unbelievable. He wanted to comment on how he received a bad review from me. Vision works does an awesome job with complete eye exams. Highly recomnend.
I went here last year for my yearly eye exam and it was amazing experience. Everyone was kind and patient. I love how they had a huge selection of frames to choose from. I went back 2/28/25 to get some new frames more expensive ones…once again my experience was amazing. They even gave me a discount since i no longer have insurance. I would continue to come to VisionWorks!!!
Great people fast attentive service and its to bad all the modern lens advancements cant be automatically included instead of petty overpriced individual ridiculous charges
I always dread buying glasses, but coming here was a great experience! The deals are great and the service is excellent. Especially Steve. I’ve worn glasses all my life and have never run into someone more knowledgeable about glasses, and the industry than him. Thanks Steve!
