The eye doctor at Vision Works was great. He gave me a good exam and explained everything to me well. He referred me to a retina specialist because I have bad vision in my left eye. He found bleeding under my left retina. The eye doctor at Vision Works told me he believes my retina can be fixed. The retina office that he referred me to said the same thing. I am happy with the service at Vision Works. I am glad I went there.
I've been coming here for my vision needs for a few years now. Scheduling an exam is super simple and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Dr. Hartnett truly seems to care about his patients and has helped me feel confident about my eye health.
Outstanding service from Dr. Gregory Mackey and team. They were professional and organized. Dr. Mackery is kind, caring, and concise. When I hit a speed bump with my insurance for glasses, Dr. Mackey worked with me and got me contacts no problem 10/10 I would recommend.
I was a few minutes late for my appointment because I could not locate the business. I tried calling to ask for directions so I wouldn’t be late, but an AI robot picked up rendering me unable to talk to a human. When I arrived, I was told that my appointment was canceled because I was ONE minute past the grace period. I was willing to show my phone to the employee to confirm that I tried to contact them for directions, but they were unwilling to actually give me grace.
