This is the most incompetent business I have visited in recent memory. On hold for over 20 minutes only to be hung up on. The glasses I ordered are not in my prescription. I can't get anyone to help me. The worse. Spend your money elsewhere.

This store has gone from awesome to don't even think about buying here. I have glasses that were ordered in May and now it is July and I don't have them. No reason for the delay, just they will be here tomorrow. I have another pair of glasses where the frames were damaged when I received them. I have tried multiple times to contact the store manager, regional manager Tyson Layne, and corporate customer server who all refuse to call me back. I get tickets created to have Tyson call me and they get somehow closed with the stat... read more

I purchased lenses on 3/15 to go with frames I bought from vision works two years previously. it is now 4/17 and I have still not received my glasses. I have called three times and left messages, but no response. I have also tried their on line help, but no response. This is very unusual is our experience as we have had good experience in the past.

Great prices and friendly staff. I was also very pleased with their inclusion for people with disabilities! We have a daughter with Down Syndrome and felt very welcomed and comfortable ♥️

They canceled my daughters appointment twice because they couldn’t not do their job and verify insurance two weeks in the row. They will not let me use all my insurance coverage to get both contacts and glasses. Which was really a surprise to me. My conclusion they don’t know How to do their job and should be under new management, I will never go back!!!
