I had to wait 10 days for my glasses. They screwed up the prescription but didn't offer to bother to expedite the second pair. All I got was an insincere "Sorry for the inconvenience" and now I have to wait an additional ten days. When your glasses cost close to $400, I'd appreciate some effort to make up for THEIR mistake.
