The vision exam was quick but efficient. The doctor really listened to what I am struggling with. Shirley was an amazing associate to work with while finding frames that work best for us. She spent time fitting them and finding frames that we didn't even consider, which turned out to be our favorites. She really took time to help and explain the fitting process to make sure we had the most comfortable and durable frames we needed. Loved working with her and will continue to go back to her for all our future needs.
Had a 5pm appointment which: A) I’m thankful they’re open until 6 during the week. B) love that they’re in Meadowood cause that means pretzel treat after. C) Nikki and the rest of the team there were amazing. Very helpful and considerate ! Answered all my questions that popped into my head and worked with me on my new pair of glasses. Didn’t feel rushed or pressured to get out of the store or anything. Thank you again for your help. Keep doing what you’re doing guys !
I am a repeat customer at Visionworks. I have always had attentive service and good pricing. My most recent visit in May, Brittany assisted in my purchase. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.
Helped me a lot with my eye care to see if I needed glasses and did it perfectly well and helped me with my backups so I don't have to spent a lot of money on my backup and also helped me pick out a really pretty eye glasses for my main one too amazing work they did to help me with it now I'm just waiting for my new glasses to come in at the store so I can pick them up
