Friendly, knowledgeable , greetings with a smile. Nikki was especially great. Went above and beyond in customer service to help us out.
The sales staff was very attentive and thorough in their explanation of everything. I'm 45 and mever worn glasses. The Dr prescribed progressives and the sales people helped me to understand what that means and how it works and when I needed to make a change to my order, it was very easy to do.
Doctor and staff were all very helpful and caring. Very glad I went there for my new prescription and glasses.
Brittany's the best employee always takes her time and explains every detail to you about your new glasses and what fits you.
