I am a repeat customer at Visionworks. I have always had attentive service and good pricing. My most recent visit in May, Brittany assisted in my purchase. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.
Helped me a lot with my eye care to see if I needed glasses and did it perfectly well and helped me with my backups so I don't have to spent a lot of money on my backup and also helped me pick out a really pretty eye glasses for my main one too amazing work they did to help me with it now I'm just waiting for my new glasses to come in at the store so I can pick them up
Nikki was absolutely phenomenal. She helped me in ways that I definitely did not expect. I was explaining about how my insurance may not be accepted by them, but she checked and was able to save me so much money. Which enabled me to get a pair of glasses I originally wanted. She was extremely kind, patient, personable, and just an overall delight!
Wonderful experience! They are so understanding and accommodating. I explained that I could only come late after work and Debbie was willing to stay extra time on a Friday. Definitely recommended. That’s what good customer service is like. Also originally went to the other location and they were not very friendly at all. Definitely come to this one.
I’ve been wearing glasses since I was a child, but I’ve never been to a Visionworks before and I’m SO glad I went to this one in Reno!! The experience couldn’t have been better! From checking in with the eye Dr as a new patient to shopping for frames to the excellent deals I got on ALL the glasses I needed & wanted, I just couldn’t have been more pleased! 11/10 would recommend you go here for all your eye care needs!
