Danielle is the BEST! She has been working with my son for 3-4 years now and greets him by name when we walk into the store. She knows he has trouble sitting still and focusing long enough for his glasses fitting, and she finds a way to work with him every time. She is kind, patient and calm which is exactly what he needs. She even had his favorite pair of frames ready for him last time we can into the store with a repair. I went to Visionworks in Edina and purchased two pairs of glasses, I kind of stopped going at one point because of the high pressure to up-sell. Danielle was awesome, she was conscious of my budget needs and worked to get me the best deal within my price range. She didn’t try to pressure me into getting the best of the best and made my shopping experience a great one. Danielle makes Visionworks Great Again! She deserves a raise and a promotion!
Awesome staff and experience
Tonight I had the worst eyeglasses shopping experience of my life. The person trying to adjust a pair of demo glasses to fit me called in what I believe to be a more seasoned staff member to help. The second person was negative from the minute she sat down. While obviously more experienced, when I told her how I wanted the glasses to sit on my face, she lauthoritatively said, "Well, I think that's silly. " Um... Hello. My face, my choice. I'm going to spend my money somewhere I won't be insulted.
Always friendly staff.. special thank you to Marie C. at Southdale location. My lens had popped out and it was later in day when I came in with my glasses. She fixed them up and she was cheerful and pleasant. (:
Great optometrist, and place to shop for new lenses/frames! It isn’t easy for me to pick out new frames generally, but Tasha was very helpful which I appreciated so much! Would definitely recommend and I plan to always go here when I need new glasses! Thank you �
Dont go here. They have very dirty, hairy, unhygienic workers there. I think overall Visionworks has good deals, but this location has a woman that is really very scary. When I say scary, i really mean it. She has scars that cover half her face. I think it is a she ( Karen or Kathy is what her nametag said). Have you ever seen scarface? That is her. My experience in this store was terrible. The manager, Joey, did not display any customer service skills and had way too much attitude. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses 4 months ago and had to come back 3 times to get them adjusted because they kept giving me headaches. When the employees "adjust" the frames they pull and yank on the frames with a ridiculous amount of force and pressure. They completely disregard the care for the product and I am convinced that their practices ruined the frame to begin with. I had to return to... read more
