Doctor and his troupe worked professionally
I book my appointments yearly and every year they cancel them without even sending a reminder. They’re even entering these “cancellations” as me inciating them, which is FALSE. This is the second year in a row they’ve cancelled me and given my appointment up to someone else with no prior contact. The staff and doctor provided a professional and friendly approach to my wife and I’s appointment. Included our kid in it so that he didn’t feel left out. Best experience I have had with an eye doctor.
Everyone here is so kind and they got us in and out quickly. They were really great with my son, who didn’t get an exam, but they let him watch and experience part of it and we really appreciated that.
