Erin was great and sociable. It felt really refreshing and she took the time to get to know me, even while it was busy. Nobody was waiting for long and they sidnt harp one for not doing the pre register, which i dreaded.
Walked in and after the lady finished with adjusting a guys glasses, helped a lady who walked in after me who walked over to her to get helped. I was there over a minute or two. Rude since she looked at me before helping her. I just needed my screws loosened so I could remove and buff the scratches at home.
The ophthalmologist was very caring and helpful. The store employees were very welcoming and friendly! I always have a great experience at the VisionWorks at Westroads
I would recommend vision works, the hospitality is awesome.
The associates was very knowledgeable and they repaired my old glasses now just waiting for the new glasses 😊
