I’ve been a patient for several years. This last visit really highlighted why I love this optometrist office. Appointment was on time, staff was pleasant and efficient, and the doctor was thorough and made me feel cared for. Highly recommend!
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The whole eye exam process was a breeze
2-star for business practices, 4-star for the service from the store manager. The only problem I have with this store is that they are selling frames 100% higher than almost anywhere else. They charged my insurance $300 for frames that I found on 5 different internet sites between $130 and $160. why? I'm guessing because that's the maximum frame allowance my insurance will pay is $300.
