Jan Hurtubise took the time to address my concerns more thoroughly than any Optometrist I have ever seen. I was so happy with my new contacts and an excited to go back for new glasses.
My son is autistic and this is our first time getting glasses. Nic Wolf was not only helpful he was knowledgeable and supportive in this process. My son took to his kindness and energy immediately. Outstanding service and very helpful staff made this a great experience.
Very caring and knowledgeable team, I have used Visionworks for the past 2 years. On this visit, I had a new exam and found glasses all within about an hour. An appointment thankfully opened up same day due to a cancel and I was relieved after losing my reading glasses on a work trip. Renee helped me find a suitable pair off frames. Fun fact: she is the longest serving Visionworks employee in the entire Washington region (40 years!)
