Great with Davis vision ins – Very thorough eye exam, big selection of eyeglasses, prompt turnaround time, easy appointment scheduling, easy location near blue & orange lines, DV insurance taken and values are decent. to pairs for reading $49.
Rude Staff/Bad Vibe – The staff here are rude. While waiting several minutes for my appointment, I witnessed several customers being bowled over by one of the staff person who could not get over their need to adopt "the current fashion trends", and another customer service associate refusing to price out a few pairs of glasses for a lady concerned about the bottom line.
