I normally love visonworks but the “manager” charged me $10 more than the sell associate I always work with it. I’m furious with the out come and the manager didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing
The optometrist is the only one contracted with VSP not for materials. They should make customers aware of this prior to appointment! I waited for about 30 minutes then found this information out and when I made my appointment I was told yes we are in network bait and switch.
I initially said I did not like Visionworks, but the lady at the parks changed my mind. She figured out my problem and fixed it and apologized for the mistake. Thanks for taking care of me.
