The staff seemed to not know what they were doing Inexperienced the machines weren't working right also one staff member came back swearing about a customer then the Dr was a teleahealth vist which I didn't realize I wasn't going to see a Dr in person the whole experience took alot longer then it really should have with people that did not know what they were doing ..
Can't give me the numbers off my prescription over the phone. Useless.
Horrible customer service, also extremely slow
VERY RUDE!!!! I went in and asked questions if I could pay the difference for a pair of glasses with my insurance and they didn’t give me the correct answer . Just unprofessional and then didn’t even put in my chart what glasses I had wanted this location is horrible will not be going back
