Leah , the lady who I had , who always helped me did an awesome job , as she always did in the past , she was very helpful to everyone , she was very patient and even there were a lot of us she navigated so well with utmost professionalism , I picked up my 9 glasses yesterday and the first write up I did earlier that I mentioned I could not remember her name , I asked her name yesterday to make sure you I make this follow up ! The staff seemed to not know what they were doing Inexperienced the machines weren't working right also one staff member came back swearing about a customer then the Dr was a teleahealth vist which I didn't realize I wasn't going to see a Dr in person the whole experience took alot longer then it really should have with people that did not know what they were doing ..
Can't give me the numbers off my prescription over the phone. Useless.
Horrible customer service, also extremely slow
