Do yourself a favor. Do NOT go to the Auburn, NY store. I purchased glasses there a while back and waited over a half hour to just pick up and I finally had to leave. Then today, my boyfriend and I came in to get him new glasses. Wanted to use same RX just new frames. Picked out frames in about 5 minutes. Then waited over 45 minutes to get someone to be able to order the actual glasses. Saying that they only had one optician working. Very poor customer service for a Friday afternoon.
This has to be one of the worst place to get glasses from. I closed on my house in less time than it took to get two pair of glasses and I had my act together! Two people working....One worker left with 3 customers waiting....one worker working as slow as possible and then when he did get to me didn’t apologize for the inconvenience!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE!!!’ Walmart is far better for glasses and their customer service is on point! Vision Works....YOU NEED HELP!!!
The prices may seem a little high, but the quality is worth it. The promotions are great and you can schedule an exam at the same place! It's a 1- Stop - Shop! Plus the staff is really friendly and helpful! They're very informative and it helps to make those decisions on lenses a lot easier.

Evelyn was by far the best we’ve ever had! My mother only Spoke Spanish and Evelyn surprised us by being bilingual! She was great help and even offered our best option. Very polite, very friendly, highly recommend this location!!!!!
