CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE, I WAITED OVER 3 MO. FOR MY GLASSES, THEY LOST THE PAIR I WAITED FOR FOR ABOUT MAY 6 WEEKS, AND THEY WERE NEVER ORDERED, 3RD PAIR FINALLY CAME THEY SAID UNFORTUNATELY THEY CAME IN BROKEN. SO YOU CAN UNDERSTAND THE FRUSTRATION!

I went to this location to request a copy of my prescription. I was told "no" by John Patterson because it is "A HIPPA violation." I could not find ANYWHERE on their website or any VW documents that it is a violation to give a prescription to the very person is was written for.... Besides being untrue- it is deceptive....
