I went into this Visionworks today with a new prescription from my optometrist. Andrew Levy worked with me to optimize the visual insurance that I have and was very helpful with my frame selection.
If you’re going to close 5 minutes early and not open the door when I’m standing there in the 19° weather; you need to question why you’re in business to begin with. 0 stars earned.
My daughter goes to six flags and loses her glasses. Six flags called me and told me they had my daughters glasses 2 hour drive later we left the park disappointed without her glasses. I called vision works and was glad to hear how they were going to help me with this terrible situation. I walked into vision works with my daughter and was greeted with smiles and the glasses were already to our surprise made for us. They were very respectful and kind. If you ever need a pair of glasses definitely come to vision works!!
