I'm still hoping for resolve with this business. They did not cut my lenses properly but insist they did because they have the prescription in writing. They refuse to acknowledge that perhaps a mistake was made between the document and the actual lenses. They have repaired one pair to some extend, but still problematic. The other pair they refused to adjust at all. They insist I get another eye exam even though the glasses I lost and sought to replace were only 3 weeks old and worked perfectly.
