This VisionWorks location is terrible. My wife had an eye exam there. A few days later, my wife had to call them to ask about the contact lenses she purchased. They said they had 3 of the 4 boxes she ordered. She went there to pick them up, they had none of her contact lenses. They couldn't find them. What a hassle and a terribly disorganized and unfriendly place.
The staff at the West County Center Visionworks saved my big day. When my last pair of contacts (with very high astigmatism and long order period, since they need to be custom) ripped just weeks before my wedding, they worked their hardest to find a brand that would deliver a pair within a short time frame. They even communicated with the contact manufacturing company on my behalf!
