Dr. Heidi Wise at Oakview Mall refused to give my friend an eye exam and insisted she needed to go see her specialist. My friend called her specialist and he said there should be no reason she wouldn't be able to get an eye exam at Visionworks. Then my friend called the Westroads location, told them what happened and they said there's no reason she wouldn't be able to get an eye exam from them. Great place!
They were all so helpful when my mom got her new glasses!! They showed her all the vera bradley glasses, and my mom found her absolute favorite glasses - and they march one of her purses! Whitney and the whole gang are A++++
