good luck on getting a person to speak to if you have a query. Why cant i simply phone my local branch and order a repeat set of glasses, instead i have to speak to computers and automated messaging that wont let me speak to a real person? the actual staff and optometrist were great however. I still do not have my sunglasses that I ordered over 6 weeks ago. I have stopped in and I have called several times. The last time I called the lady I spoke to actually laughed and said...it shows they had been delivered to the store many times. I failed to see the humor. What exactly does that mean? Someone took them? Did you give my glasses to the wrong person, several times. This makes no sense. You would think I would st the very least get an apology. NOPE. RecommendedLove this location. The Drs are very knowledgeable and thorough! The staff is super helpful and entertaining! I like that they gave blocks and some toys for the little ones to play with. I love that you can schedule your appointment online. Go see them for exams, contacts, and glasses needs.
Dr. Perry is the rudest doctor I have ever come across. I don't think he's good with children. He told me his head would explode if he had to listen to my fussy baby and kicked me out of the exam room. When I left a sales associate told me he was about to say "shut that thing up". On the positive side Keira was very nice and helpful. She tried to turn a very negative experience to a positive but in the end they lost a customer. I will never go back there and highly recommend any other doctor over Dr. Perry.
Absolutely horrible. I had to wait about 45 minutes to be acknowledged, which should have been my first clue to take my business elsewhere. I finally had an exam, in which the ophthalmologist spent no longer than 5 minutes examining my vision. I chose my glasses, the employee told me of the "deals" they were having. Not the case. It was outrageous!! They completely ripped me off! They then told me my glasses would be done in about a week. Two weeks later they came in.
