Waited on hold two seperate times for a total of one hour. Went to the store to be told straight out " We are not answering the phone anymore". Thank God I didn't have an emergency. I was checked in an waited ny turn to be told they didn't have my frames. She said she would call other stores to see if they had them. But, wasnt sure they were going to answer their phone. RecommendedI've been going to Visionworks for years and would highly recommend. The staff is always friendly and knowledgable about everything in the store. I recently purchased contacts for the first time and was instantly sat down with a member of the staff to learn how to insert and extract them.
If you need glasses or contacts, this is the place. Easy location to get to and the service is awesome. They are great to talk to about prices and options!
I always receive top notch and courteous service from the entire staff. Right from when I walk in the door to my visit with the doctor. The doctor's always answer all my questions and I never feel rushed during my appointment. It's a well organized and run store. The prices are fair and the service is excellent. I’ve been to so many different eyeglasses stores. I can finally say I found the one! Vision works on mineral spring is the best. First off the customer service is amazing, the staff is so helpful and so knowledgeable! And on top of that, the deals and specials they have cannot be beat!!!
