I made an appointment a few weeks back at 12:30pm on a Saturday. I arrived at my appointment at 12:15pm. At that point I was informed there was not a doctor in the building so my appointment would need to be rescheduled. That they had been just about to call me. 15 minutes before my appointment. RecommendedI have been a client at Visionworks for over 25 years, and have brought two of my children here for their vision needs. I have always received excellent service and care. I am compelled to to write today about the outstanding customer service I received from supervisor Julie Brooks. A problem was solved immediately with kindness and efficiency. The prices are competitive and the optical techs are knowledgeable and helpful. I reccomend Visionworks for all your vision needs. ( Ask for Maryellen)

I went here a few times for new glasses they give great deals and have lots of promotions going on all the time I love it here if you ever want glasses I recommend seeing Julie, she is the best !!!!
Had a 5pm appointment but turns out they made 2 appointments with one doctor for 5? Had to wait 35 minutes not happy!!! FYI if you complain the employees will give you dirty looks. The doctor does not know how to use a computer and nobody is on the same page, very disorganized. On a positive note the sales people were very helpful picking out glasses and did a good job.
