I have not been able to speak to anyone at the store. Ever. They do not answer their phone. My son's glasses were supposed to be in October 28th. He has now been without his glasses for over 2 weeks and I cannot talk with anyone. This is deplorable. I have sent emails, I have been on hold for hours at a time. No response. I will be sure to never use this company again.

Always a welcoming and helpful staff. Doctors care about, not just your glasses but your entire eye health. Discuss with you proper diet, vitamins and your overall health. I had an issue adjusting to the new lens and they gladly helped rectify the matter by ordering new lens.
