I got my 2nd pair of glasses from Visionworks. The sales person sold me the premium high index lenses promising the best quality and lightness of the lenses. However after 9 months of regular use, the coatings are starting to come off making the vision blurry. This is the quality of $300 lenses that are being manufactured by Visionworks. I took the pair to the same store to the same salesperson and I was told that the only way to fix it was for me to buy another pair of lenses for a further $300. I’ve purchased glasses here three times, and each time I have to send them back. When they measure where your pupil centers on the lens they don’t lower the chair to be level with you (as they do everywhere else I’ve gone to get glasses for the last 20 years), resulting in a distorted view, unless I raise the frames at an awkward angle. The third time I went in I mentioned having this issue and they treated me like I was crazy and refused to try and measure accurately. RecommendedMy 7 yr old daughter was there today at the Ross park location and everyone was so nice! the dr preforming the exam was fantastic as well! He explained every step of the way what he was doing. Definitely recommend to anyone needing an exam!
The doctor was extremely personable. Knowledgeable. And patient...the staff was friendly and helpful as well...I have no problem recc. Visionworks...
