I think the doctor there is wonderful. I been going there a long time and he's always very through on explaining all the results and he really listens and cares about his patience. I just want to give a huge shoutout to Louis at Visionworks! From the moment I first walked in for my eye exam and new glasses, Louis was absolutely awesome. He made the whole process easy, smooth, and even fun. His ability to hold a great conversation while making me feel completely comfortable was truly second to none. *******Update******Got a call from Sara who read my review and offered to make it right. She refunded 100% of the 2nd pair of glasses and apologized. Can't ask for more than that. Thanks Sara. First time here. I liked the process of getting your eyes examined. Prescription was right on target. BUT, I won't buy frames or order new glasses from them again. Takes 2-3 weeks to get them. Then one pair never received the prescription lens. The employee tried to say that they installed Progressive lens instead of ones with the bifo... read more
