He made the whole process easy, smooth, and even fun. His ability to hold a great conversation while making me feel completely comfortable was truly second to none. *******Update******Got a call from Sara who read my review and offered to make it right. She refunded 100% of the 2nd pair of glasses and apologized. Can't ask for more than that. Thanks Sara. First time here. I liked the process of getting your eyes examined. Prescription was right on target. BUT, I won't buy frames or order new glasses from them again. Takes 2-3 weeks to get them. First time here. I liked the process of getting your eyes examined. Prescription was right on target. BUT, I won't buy frames or order new glasses from them again. Takes 2-3 weeks to get them. Then one pair never received the prescription lens. The employee tried to say that they installed Progressive lens instead of ones with the bifocal lens line visible, which is what I prefer. But the lens weren't precription at all. They appeared to be the demonstrator glass lens found in new frames on the wall. So I had another week an... read more
