I came in on a Tuesday afternoon. The store had a couple of customers already in there. They have an ample selection of glasses. The Dr was very pleasant the staff was friendly.
Do not come on Saturday. For a long time on Saturdays this branch is waaay understaff.
Went here after some research, and can 100% recommend! They were a little late getting me in, but the doctor was super sweet! Stevie at the front desk did an INCREDIBLE job on helping me choose between glasses, giving insurance advice, and even stayed a little longer to help me check out the same day. Great selection too! Edit: on year 3 and they're still amazing! They helped me work through insurance issues, and were incredibly patient with me and helped me get the best discount I could when insurance didn't come through.
April at Visionworks is amazing and provides supberb service
Truly wonderful experience, I have been coming here for years, and have been served with wonderful care and the employees are very sweet and amazing, always ready to help and find solutions to fix your needs. April is a sweet joyful employee that I cherish due to whenever I had an issue with my glasses, she would always do her best to help fix them, regardless how the large issue can be. I look forward to continue coming here for my optometry appointments and glasses needs.
