I went to store on Bird Road and 67 Avenue in Miami, Florida. Went just before they closed because of the Corona Virus. I went to get reading glasses and got the special they had of buy 1 pair and receive the second pair 50% off. I was mailed my first pair but never received the second pair. When the store opened I went there on May 30 after speaking with someone on the phone who advised my order only said I purchased one pair of glasses. Last year I went to vision works for the first time. The doctor was polite, nice and pretty much saved my life. Turned out my vision issues was intertwined with a unnoticed health problem. For my regular check up a few days ago I went straight to vision works. There is no where else I trust or feel comfortable. The visits are always fast and they really do go the extra step to make you feel welcome. I highly recommend them.

Eye exam was perfect however the staff when it comes to sales is a little slow
My glasses broke at work, all it took to replace them was a quick stop at Visionworks 67 Ave & Bird Road. The frame was discontinued but it took them a few phone calls to locate one and have it sent to the store. 24 hours later my glasses were fixed.
