Super friendly staff
I always get the best quality experience at Visionworks. Staff is always friendly and the doctor is always concerned. I've been going for the past 4 or 5 years now and never had a bad experience!
I can’t say I was super impressed with our experience. My husband and I both went in for glasses and sunglasses, and I specifically requested a certain tint for mine. Unfortunately, when we picked them up, I was in a hurry and didn’t notice that the tint was incorrect. When we returned to ask about having them corrected, I was charged an additional $40—which was frustrating enough. But what made it worse was how the staff handled it.
