Came in with my own frame & prescription for eyeglasses. Was told the insurance REQUIRED I buy the frames from them too. Found the best deal, at $69, for a total of $640 for the eyeglasses, $400 provided as my eyecare benefit and $240 from the Flex Card my insurance provides for eyecare expenses as well.
