Completely incompetent. They will schedule you for an appointment when they don't even have an eye doctor available. Then message you later saying you missed your appointment even when you showed up.
I don’t understand the low reviews I noticed some are from 6 and 8 years ago and as early as last April. I have noticed there is a new team and I found them all pleasant and professional. I was there for 2 hours. Alexus was helping me and she was very patient. Susan was very pleasant and the Dr was very informative. Keep up the great work team
I just had my first eye exam at Visionworks. The appointment was easy to make on the phone, and the exam was fast and easier than my experience from other providers. I really appreciate the thoroughness of the doctor going through my complicated situation and making suggestions that fit me. I highly recommend Visionworks!
