This location is still the best. The newer Prosper store could take some tips from the associates at Stonebriar Frisco, regarding personal service with a smile.
We've used this location for years, most recently was in Feb 2025. The staff here is professional and knowledgeable
I had an excellent experience! I made a visit to Visionworks in Stonebriar Mall on Saturday 2/8/25 near closing time. The nice lady working was incredibly informative and helpful at every step of the way. She was very knowledgeable and I appreciate all her efforts in assuring I understood my vision plan as well as the breakdown of my invoice entirely! Excellent experience overall - no complaints.
