The staff was helpful in answering my questions, and they didn't mind that I had a lot of them. The service was also very quick. I can't wait to pick up my new glasses soon!

They are truly nice and hospitable employees, but I think they're beholden to an inferior business model that Visionworks holds. If you expect a thorough, proper eye exam, where your actual prescription matters- do not go here. I will not be back. Upon my recent visit for updated contact + glasses rx- I expressed having blurred vision/ eye strain from my contacts (ie my vision changed & I need a new Rx).
