One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever witnessed - from the manager. Won’t be back to Visionworks, ever.
We visited the Cumberland location more than a month ago and ordered contact lenses for my daughter Ray'Anna Turner & they still have not come back. Every time I have called I get left on hold for more than 7 minutes and usually nobody even returns back to the line. When I called back they're very shocked that I've been left on hold so long however nobody was still able to give me any information about how long it may be how much longer I may have to wait so this is a terrible terrible terrible terrible customer service thin... read more
I would like to talk to someone about the worst customer service I have ever experienced purchasing eyeglasses. I awill go to BBB and talk candidly about this store. The initial service was poor and the pickup was horrible.
