Its the second time we come here for our yearly check up and glasses updates. From start to finish our experience has been a very good one. Attentive friendly people in all stages.
My kids and I stopped in today as my daughter got hit in the face with a dodgeball and her glasses got bent. Ron greeted us with a warm smile and let us know he’d be right with us. There must have been 15 people in there, it was busy, and I completely understand if there was a wait. But almost right away he welcomes us to the counter, and got to work realigning my daughter’s glasses. Bending back the ear pieces, and the little nose pads. Dr. Chandler is always pleasant and understandable. She explains parts of the eye and does prompt exams. Ron, the general manager, was super helpful in finding the right glasses for me and hilarious.
I would go back. The personal service was wonderful.
Great team! Wide selection of glasses to choose from, ranging in low, affordable brands to higher designer glasses. Everyone is kind and patient.
