Booking over the phone was quick, even for our family of 4. The check in was smooth, our minor kids handled their iPad with ease. Techs were friendly and mindful of our first time patient. Dr. Chandler was thorough and kind. Purchase of frames/glasses was also very easy. The techs were friendly, informative, and answered our questions nicely. Thank you Visionworks, Blue Diamond! Juan took care of us and explained everything in great detail. The whole experience was great. From calling in to actually being there. We felt very taken care of. I used to go to Walmart Vision Center but now will be switching to VisonWorks because of their amazing customer service
