We have been going to Visionworks since our son was 3...he just turned 10...Tom, Amanda, Eva, and Jodi are all so amazing and helpful. They are all genuinely concerned with our son’s happiness and comfort in his glasses, and always so happy to help. VW also has great sales/promotions, and takes a ton of different insurances. I went to Visionworks toget a pair of glasses . Unfortunately , during what I thought was a routine eye exam , Dr, Knuckles discovered that my retina was damaged and partially detached which meant I needed emergency laser surgery . His coworkers ,Jen , Sheryl and Robin where very professional advising and informing me that I would be alright . Just let them handle everything which is exactly what they did .Within 2 hrs , I was having emergency laser surgery which turned out just fine. I was able to go back to Visionworks the... read more

Just had to share the most amazing customer service experience with Sheryl! Last night I ripped my contact and did not bring spares with me. So I took a chance and called Visionworks since I'm a patient to see if they could help. I couldn't be more pleased with the caring concern and understanding I received Sheryl provided me with two trial pairs to get me through my vacation. I'm so grateful an impressed! Thanks again!
