I felt rushed; no one answers the phone at this location (Canal Street) I order glasses and wasn’t given the chance to make sure that they fit properly and my eye prescription was correct.. got home and they was off. Been calling since yesterday and no one is answering the phones. They can’t find my husband glasses; he was promised that someone would get back with him, guess what! They didn’t. Once my glasses are taken care of; I want be going back there and will never recommend them to anyone.
RecommendedVery happy with my appointment and purchase of glasses. This was my first time and staff was very helpful getting me sorted out. Also, I was impressed by their efforts to disinfect the place between customers.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER TREATMENT!!! I've been going to this location since 2013 or so. I noticed that I was always made to wait WELL PAST my appointment time. Last year, I was kept waiting thirty minutes before seeing the optometrist. This year, in an effort to bend the universe to my side, I showed up 20 minutes early for my 11:30 appointment. Could not be more grateful for the employees here. My husband and I were in town for our anniversary, and his contact ripped. They were so kind to work with us to get him an emergency replacement pair. Thank you so much!!!!
Horrible customer service! I would recommend going elsewhere. The employees have attitudes and cannot simply hand a customer the glasses they've paid for in full after not being notified they were ready for pickup over 2 weeks ago! I have been without glasses for over 2 weeks and finally call to find out why I haven't heard back about picking up my glasses, only to find they've been ready for over 2 weeks and they called a wrong number, yet I have the same information that was in the system for a few years!
