I am 12 years old and broke my frame. My parents didn't get a replacement plan. I only had the frames for four months and they replaced them free of charge! I think that was super awesome and my parents were delighted. They said thats why we will be coming back. Thanks!
It was my first visit to Visionworks in Oconomowoc, but it won't be my last! I was able to schedule my appointment and complete health and insurance forms online. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A shout out to Shawna for explaining my options and helping me choose my frames!
