RecommendedThey have friendly staff and they know how to help you choose a few options. I have been going for years and won’t get my glasses anywhere else. The also go for the quality.
I was quoted one price but then when it rang up on the register it was a $100 more. She apologized but I think she should have given it to me for what she quoted me. I was a repeat customer....no more.
I feel that everybody should bring their family to vision works.

Crystal was extremely helpful and professional She answered all my questions and put up wit my chattering. she and Kayla helped me pick frames and it felt like what my granddaughters would do. i hate picking frames but this time it was fun. I've gone to Visionworks for 20 yrs and will go back when I need new glasses
I live in alliance but the vision works I went to was just too busy and the selection was small so I decided to stop at this vision works at ridgmar since I was on that side of town and it was a great decision! Not only did I find a pair I liked, I actually had trouble narrowing it down. (Great selection) It wasn’t busy and the 2 employees were nice, and clear on explaining my options (after I chose my frame) as well as patient with me and my active 4 year old. �(Awesome customer service!)
