RecommendedI visited the 7706 Winchester Rd, Ste 105 store late yesterday evening with the expectation of just getting an estimate on a frame repair. I was greeted by Stephanie who quickly ran me through the COVID-19 procedures sat down with me and made a quick assessment of the condition of my glasses and took one look at my frames and knew the style that she had another in stock (amazes me how she did that off one look and memory). Great staff and wonderful treatment all around
There's several Visionworks in Memphis, we decided on this one because there were 3, all within the same distance of another place we were going, and this location had the best reviews. we saw a Dr Katherine Brown and yall, she was GREAT. Very friendly and attentive and straightforward. All of the staff here were great! 5 out 5 stars :)
