Visionwork executives have cut staff so much that I waited 2 days in a row over 4 hours to get glasses. Only 2 employees were working both days and one of those was a trainee. The phone rang off the hook and the trainee answered the phone on each ring, rather than assist the patrons actually in the store. I feel sorry for the employees situation as they were aware of the dilemma but could not change the problems. I have no issue with the employees at the store, only the lack of support from a greedy corporate mentality.

AVOID. Go to a real Optometrist where they take care of you and not just sell you glasses.
The screw in my glasses came out, but I could not find it. I am traveling from Australia and I really need my glasses. The staff there were very helpful and fixed my glasses for me. it was a great relief.
