Went in last Monday to the Musiccity mall location to choose my frames and was helped by Tim and co. I was treated rather rudely at the Preston road location, so I really noticed the difference. Very helpful and friendly. Great experience and glasses have already come back.

Lady was very nice. Helped me figure out the right fit for frames for my face. Explained everything thoroughly and even told me things I didn't know about the frames I picked.
love this place and the service they provide! I lost my glasses while on vacation, called them and ordered a new pair over the phone and they had them the next day and they even gave me a discount.
The wait was small nice employees thumbs up!
8 month old glasses. Frames peeling and delaminating. Manager said "nothing they could do about it". Cheap product at not so cheap price. First and last time we will use Visionworks
