RecommendedI went in to buy new glasses because the ones I bought from another place still didn't fit my face. I was told by the other retailer that nothing could be done to fix them. I walked in to Visionworks in Lewisville FULLY expecting to buy new glasses and Blake greeted me, asked me a few questions and FIXED my glasses!!! It is like a miracle! RecommendedWent in last Monday to the Musiccity mall location to choose my frames and was helped by Tim and co. I was treated rather rudely at the Preston road location, so I really noticed the difference. Very helpful and friendly. Great experience and glasses have already come back.

8 month old glasses. Frames peeling and delaminating. Manager said "nothing they could do about it". Cheap product at not so cheap price. First and last time we will use Visionworks
