Care worker does not Vaccume my unties house properly, and is only their for 15mins and yeah !!! Dosent even do small amount of dishes!! Unsure what thee carrer does or what she calls vacume and clean but its not done rubish still everywhere ,. Thee vacume is new so shouldnt be a problem ,,, My untie is not 1 to ring or complain about people....

I will give them 10 stars if there was one. From Rowena Hunt to Dhara to everyone of the mom's carers, they have shown extreme professionalism, caring and kindness. They have tried their utmost best to support me as I support my mom. My mom, Gaik Lim is blessed to have each of them in her life and also mine. Thank you so very much. 🫶

I have used this company for over a year for my wife who has Alzheimers. She is only 53 but can’t look after herself , cannot cook for herself or prepare any kind of meal for herself. Numerous times they have mismanaged the rostering and no-one turns up. This leaves my wife with nothing to eat from breakfast to 10pm when I got home, in the worst case. That was not a one-off event. Just this week has been two stuff-ups. The carers realise ahead of time and let the management know…. but nothing happens. There is zero communica... read more
