I have used this company for over a year for my wife who has Alzheimers. She is only 53 but can’t look after herself , cannot cook for herself or prepare any kind of meal for herself. Numerous times they have mismanaged the rostering and no-one turns up. This leaves my wife with nothing to eat from breakfast to 10pm when I got home, in the worst case. That was not a one-off event. Just this week has been two stuff-ups. The carers realise ahead of time and let the management know…. but nothing happens. There is zero communica... read more
