Yesterday I walked into Visions Chilliwack in the hope that they might be able to repair a broken nose piece on my glasses. These were glasses that I had not purchased from them and were from an online Canadian vendor. The vendor does not repair glasses but will replace them within the warranty period. I recently had my eyes tested at visions optical and was very pleased with the service I received. The dr was amazing and very professional as was the staff. Gerda, Schizelle and Sadaf were very friendly and helped me pick out a great pair of glasses and sunglasses. I took advantage of their 2 for 1 and will do so again in the future! Thanks for the great service ladies.
The woman at the reception was kinda rude and uninterested. Felt "unwelcomed". Not going back there.

I went to look at glasses at vision optical for working at a computer, I had never worn them before. And I needed to add diopters, because my eyesight had dropped a little. I wanted to choose and buy high-quality and branded glasses.
