Was an intern here for a short period of time. In that time, I observed Dr. Butler mix up patient information (one client's information and therapy session notes were entered under the wrong client), and she called another client a "bully". Unprofessional and inappropriate.
Ms.Butler is very Unprofessional. I came here as a teenager with my family when I my family had issues... basically she was getting paid to talk bad about me while being two faced( for example : telling me I’m not the problem when I talk with just her one on one and then telling my parents I was wrong when they were present in the room to ultimately make both parties happy at first and then tear down the teenager) she commented on my physics appearance once when walking out of her office with my people saying my hair looked ... read more
