Trialing this gym out with my wife as we are relatively new to living in this area, was told that it had a great community vibe. The experience so far has been anything but ‘community’, glares from other members in the mornings and when my wife asked a member how much longer they had left on the leg extension he was overly aggressive, intimidating behaviour and snapped that he had one set left (even though he had sat on the machine for over 10 mins without moving, just continuing to scroll on his iPad). This gym has an awesome atmosphere thanks to the focus of gym goers, friendliness of the staff, and absence of grunters and showgirls. There’s plenty of equipment, so I haven’t often needed to wait to use a machine (in the early mornings).

I just finished my 8 week trial and I HIGHLY recommend this gym. The equipment is great and the staff are lovely. My personal favourite is the boxing classes. The energy is great and both Glen and Ben are excellent trainers. They also have a beginner boxing class every week for anyone who is just starting out!
