Denisse was super helpful in the beginning and then once I got answers I was looking for. They connected me to a loan department with Jacob. Turns out they gave me false information and couldn't continue proceed. Becareful with using them so you dont end up getting false information

Moving from Ohio to PA, Went to get a cashier check for down payment on house using share draft. 5 hour drive. People did not know what we’re doing and took forever to figure out. Now we need a simple copy of the cashier check after deposited, no way to get. They will not provide unless I drive 5 hours to get in person. We need now for mortgage loan approval.
