Sameet greeted us right when we walked in the door, gave us several options on the tv we were looking for. He diligently ensured our tv worked and bright the tv to the car. This was all a breath of fresh air after having experienced terrible customer service at another big name electronics store up the road. Definitely recommend!

Setting up/buying a new phone isn't a process most people look forward too, however, after dealing with Victoria at the regent location I can say that I actually do look forward to it and that trust was not misplaced as getting my new phone was a painless and pleasant ordeal (She's even stayed later than usual to ensure this was the case). If you need to upgrade your phone or change your phone plan, Victoria from the Regent location is amazing! She is very knowledgeable, kind and eager to help and answer all questions. This is my first experience getting a new phone where I felt completely confident in what my options were and that I felt like I was truly taken care of from beginning to end. She went above and beyond and I cannot recommend her enough!
