Bought 2 televisions here stopped to look for a sond bar for televisions first he tried to sell us an expensive unit then we found one he said did not come with part we needed to hook it up after that he got an horrible attitude no good bye when we left nothing just an arrogant jurk we we not shop there anymore

Recently purchased a TV from visions. We shopped around online and thought we had decided on a model. The price at Visions couldn’t be beat. When we went into the store to actually see the TV the salesperson, Marshall, was super helpful. He showed us the model we were interested in and explained all the details and differences between it and other models. I had gone there to get a specific cord for the sound system I had at home. They did not have it how ever was willing to help me adapt one into what I needed. By the end of the interaction turned out I did not need it and was even willing to give me the knowledge and insight I needed to fix my concern. I did not buy anything and it kinda made me feel bad not to but this is how amazing this place is willing to help you resolve your concern. I will definitely be going back to upgrade my tv.
