Great pricing, great service, great staff, great products. What more could you ask for? I was looking for a new car audio system. Owen, in the Auto Dept., was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, polite and reliable in his words and actions. I'm happy with the system they installed. It fit within my budget and has the features I wanted. Plus, there was no pressured sales pitch. Options and offerings were presented in a matter-of-fact manner while identifying benefits.
The customer service was excellent, and Shavi went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and enjoyable. I really appreciate his knowledge, friendly attitude, and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend asking for Shavi if you visit Visions Electronics!
This is basically the only place I buy electronics. Certainly the only place I buy if I can help it. Zaheer the floor manager is phenomenal, his input and knowledge on technology is unmatched and extremely helpful. He's a pleasure to work with. It's been an easy recommend for all my friends and family. I've been coming for over a decade, even though I live in a different corner of the city. I still make the drive over, there's no place I'd rather shop for electronics or A/V.
Our salesman was Bipin. He was extremely friendly and knew his tv's. We were able to get our tv delivered and set up the same day we bought it. We are pleased so far with our choice !
