I had shopped with Vision electronics pretty frequently, having given them a few chances after being slightly put off. Finally finished, will not return. I went to reclaim the warranties I had paid for, unbeknownst to me, I had to register them within a couple months of expiry. The lack of care displayed by the staff was ridiculous, nothing but a bunch of egocentric salesmen with an "aww that's too bad" attitude. Bipin helped my wife and I with our at home audio visual program and was absolutely amazing! He was kind, sincere, and professional. He did not push the sale, rather just provided great solutions. I am so thankful he was able to help us and I'll be back to visions simply because of his help! Can't wait for everything to get installed next week!

Fast efficient knowledgeable service. Ive bought many TV's and AV receivers and other items including car stereo over the years and have complete confidence. I love the warranty option that turns into a store credit if you dont use the warranty!!!! Ive never had a problem so I always get a credit towards new purchases!!
