A competitive quote for replacing my bashed in back window in the Lansing/East Lansing Area. Even better -- they have a free mobile service and come to you at no extra cost. Tony and his son were very friendly, had good attitudes, and did a quality job. It is rare to feel taken care of for auto repairs, but these guys were wonderful. I highly recommend.
They went out of their way to help me out. They are local and affordable. I called 5 places none of whom could honor my request to remove my windshield one day and replace it two days later. Visions did it for $100 less than the next quote and faster than the others. They are local and can work with you and are fair.
Was leaving Lansing to return to Nashville when I was hit by a deer. Visions was the only one who could have it ready next day. The price was very reasonable and customer service was impeccable. Kudos to both Jennifer and Tony for making this experience a pleasurable one!
Tony was fast, courteous, and performed quality replacement of our rear windshield. Repaired in my driveway, no deductible, and on the day after I called (which was at night). Very pleased!
