Please save yourself months of headache and do not move into apartments owned by Morgan Properties. I've lived here for 14 months and I cant count on two hands the problems ive had here. Air conditioner has broken 4 times in a year. Garbage disposal has broken. My ceiling filled up with water and caved in and flooded my kitchen. As a resident of 3 years the transition I have seen since Morgan Properties bought this housing complex (previously owned by Bar Investment Group) has been so disappointing. I used to loved living here…yes it wasn’t perfect before but the office was helpful, attentive, inviting, and always a pleasure to talk to (any of my issues were handled so politely and with urgency). UPDATED REVIEW 12/05/2025 Since Morgan Properties took over Visions at Willow Pond, the communication and overall management quality have gone downhill fast. I’ve been a tenant here since 2023 and never had these issues. I’ve been talking to Vivian trying to get my rent ledger corrected since December 2nd so I could pay on time and avoid any fees. I’ve had nothing but exceptional experiences at this apartment complex. From the moment I first toured the property, I could tell it was a step above the rest. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the buildings feel modern and secure, and everything is kept impressively clean. Vivian specifically deserves special recognition—shes friendly, professional, and always quick to respond.
