Lived here for 6 years, never updated, no security or accountability/responsibility from management company. Gates are constantly broken, buildings are old inside and out and infested with termites according to their bug removal people. There are other places in the area just as affordable and better managed. If i could give 0 stars i would. I applied for a property in west palm beach called visions a willow pond. I feel like i was not given a fair application process due to misleading information, i paid $209 for an application fee and holding fee. And was denied less then 30 minutes later due to insufficient credit which i told them about before the process multiple times. I was also denied due to income which they never seen or asked for. Very bad attention from the manager, what they do is they defraud people, they send you to apply to take away your money and then they tell you that you are not approved by me, very bad experience.
Was tenant here in 2021 the creepy maintenance men were one of the biggest reason why I moved. They have an office and garage in the back near the front office. I understand watching the the camera but these perverts take it tot the next level. Stories of them entering into female apartments anytime and cleaning near specific doors also happened to me. We lived here for a year before buying a house. It was a great place to stay. Kevin was really great, and helped us check in and out. Any issue was resolved in a timely manner. No hidden checkout fees. Highly recommend.
